January 27th is Holocaust Remembrance Day, the day that announced the liberation of the horrors of Auschwitz- Birkenau.  This day has been named by the United Nations to honor the six million Jewish victims and the millions of others who were murdered by the Nazis.

It has only been 76 years ago, and yet some feel as if this disaster has been longer than that.  The only way to  prevent such a nightmare from reoccurring is to continuously inform and educate others on what has happened in our history. With proper education on the truth, more people will treat each other differently. It is so important to not only spread awareness but to share true stories of the lives that have been lost through this period.

On this day, we honor the millions of lives lost to such tragedy and invite you to join the conversation and share stories you may have if your family has been affected by the Holocaust.

#WeRemember.
